Cookies

In an effort to continuously improve the quality of the services offered on Crysalia's website and to better meet your expectations, Crysalia may use cookies, which are text files used to identify your device when connecting to one of our services.

By accessing Crysalia’s website, mobile site or mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read the information provided to you regarding the purpose of any process accessing, through electronic transmission, information already stored on your device (electronic communications terminal), or recording information in such device (cookies), and further acknowledge that you are aware of the means at your disposal to refuse such process. You acknowledge that the appropriate configuration of your web browser constitutes your acceptance of the implementation and use of cookies.

Crysalia does not collect personally identifiable data such as your name, email, address or phone number from your visit to its servers and domains unless you voluntarily supply this through e.g. the "Contact Us" link or any other publicly available contact channel. If doing so, you agree that your contact details are correct and rightfully yours. They will be used solely by Crysalia to respond to your query.

With online privacy as its primary concern, Crysalia supports initiatives for self-regulation and laws, such as the regulations of the World Wide Web (W3) group, Privacy Preferences Projects (P3P), Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) Good Practice Principles for Online Behavioural Advertising OBA (including Mobile) or the European Union e-Privacy Directive.

Crysalia Website and Google Analytics

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website. Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google does not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides. FYI our website uses the analytics.js implementation of GA. Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

Data Sharing

Crysalia does not share data with third parties.
